Our minimum order depends on the printing method. Screen printing typically requires a minimum 24-item order, while DTF printing and embroidery allow for smaller quantities or single items. Contact us with your project details, and we’ll recommend the best option for your order.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time for screen printing and embroidery is 7–12 business days after artwork approval and payment. Our DTF rolls can be picked up next business day, if order is placed by 3pm. Turnaround may vary depending on order size and garment availability. Rush orders may be available upon request.
Do I need to provide my own design?
You can share your own design or logo with us at info@jcapparelny.com, or our team can help prepare your artwork for printing. If you need design assistance, we’re happy to help bring your idea to life.
Do you offer local pickup or shipping?
Yes! Orders can be picked up at our shop located at 719 Horseblock Rd. Farmingville, NY, during regular business hours, or we can ship anywhere in the United States.
