Our standard turnaround time is 7–12 business days after artwork approval and payment. Turnaround may vary depending on order size and garment availability. Rush orders may be available upon request.
Do I need to provide my own design?
You can share your own design or logo with us at info@jcapparelny.com, or our team can help prepare your artwork for printing. If you need design assistance, we’re happy to help bring your idea to life.
Do you offer local pickup or shipping?
Yes! Orders can be picked up at our shop located at 719 Horseblock Rd. Farmingville, NY, during regular business hours, or we can ship anywhere in the United States.
